Refund policy

At Culturas Tea Co. we carefully prepare and package our products and want you to be happy with your order. 

For health, safety, and quality reasons tea and other open consumable products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If and item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at culturasteaco@yahoo.com or through our Instagram page and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photo of the product and packaging when applicable. 

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution to ensure your satisfaction.

Shipping charges are generally non refundable unless the refund is due to an error by Culturas Tea Co.
