At Culturas Tea Co., every order means so much to us. We carefully prepare and package each order with the same care we put into creating our tea blends, and we’ll always do our very best to get your package on its way to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Please allow approximately 2 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. During holidays or special promotions, processing may take a little longer.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as a small business. 💛

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available so you can follow your tea on its way to you.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. While we will always do everything we can on our end to prepare and ship your order promptly, occasional carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your package appears to be significantly delayed or you experience an issue with your delivery, please reach out to us. We will be happy to help you review the tracking information and determine the best next steps.

Shipping Address 

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make changes before your package ships, although changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or handed over to the carrier.

Damaged Orders

We take great care when packaging your teas. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the package and damaged item so we can review the situation and help make it right.
